It's 8 weeks of learning 

What is it?

A 8-week program coaching you on what, when and how to eat. You’ll have accountability, while learning how to do it on your own. By the end of the 8 weeks you'll have confidence in your body, mindset and decision-making.

 

The program has been created for people who want to focus on one of three things. You pick which one.

Who is it for?

It’s for everyone. Anyone that wants:

  • to make a change

  • learn how to make their food work for them

  • more than just a quick fix.

How does it work?

I get to know you and create a plan that’s practical and fits around your lifestyle. We’ll work through a week-by-week structure that introduces different techniques to build better habits.

 

There are a few steps involved in creating the plan:

  • You’ll fill out a pre-consultation form.

  • We’ll have a full consultation (stand alone price £109) to dig into the detail and work out what your goal is.

  • You’ll complete a food diary, so I can understand what and when you eat.

  • After the dietary analysis, I combine everything I know about you to create a detailed pack that highlights what we'll do and focus on each week.

  • If you've chosen the 'coaching bolt-on', we'll have regular catch-ups to stay on track.
     

You'll receive a weekly pack with a focus or a challenge. The packs will cover things like: 

  • Calorie and macro ranges

  • Learning about food types, vitamins, food timings and much more

  • Advice on hitting targets

  • Guidance on your food choices

  • Training considerations

  • Food planning templates

  • Recipe ideas

  • Behavior tools and techniques

 

We’ll use an online app to monitor your progress and keep in contact during the 8 weeks.

What happens after?

By the end of the 8 weeks you’ll have learnt what you need to do to go it alone. You'll have all your packs to review, anytime you need a refresher.

 

But, you might not want to and that’s ok. You might want to shift focus to another goal. You might want to keep the accountability. You might just want to keep learning about yourself and what works for you.

 

Don’t worry, we’ll cover this in our final review check-in, so we can assess where you’re at then.
