Fill in a pre-consultation form
This is so I can get to know you a little better. I’ll ask about you, how you exercise and your goals.

We'll have an introductory call
We'll discuss your answers and make sure we're right for each other. I'll let you know how I can help you with your training and what's involved.

Next, it's a consultation (then we'll see how you move)
This can be face-to-face or online. I'll ask you a few more questions around your history, injuries and share my plan with you. We'll agree on things like how we'll work and track progress. Then we'll have a movement assessment. I'll use this to set your program.

TrueCoach will help us track your progress
You’ll get an invite to download the app I use with all my clients to set their exercise. It has a full library of demo videos. We’ll use it to monitor your progress, review your movements - when I watch your videos - and keep in contact.

Regular check-ins will help us learn and progress
We'll catch-up as much as you need it. Some people need more support, some need less. During our sessions we'll review how you're finding your training, what you're feeling and how we might progress.
